I was talking online with another fellow railfan in the metro and he was wondering if there was a local to LaCrosse? |

I don't believe the BNSF has a "local" as compared to the CP - 589? I think - but several years ago there was a fairly regular NTWLAW. |

I'm not positive on this, but several weeks ago I was railfanning the St. Croix sub and there was a local servicing several industries around Maiden Rock and south of Alma. I assumed this local came out of Lacrosse but have no proof of that. |
