I think the coal cars are also stored there if the incoming loaded train is too long for the loop track at Xcel's plant there. I heard the dispatcher talking with an incoming loaded train and noting that they needed to dump 2 cars before parking the train at the plant. Perhaps this is another reason cars are left there at that potato place... Mike |
