Anyone else see this on Sat? We saw it around 2 at Jackson Street, tucked between four units [two leading, two tailing] on a stack train. It was a gray obs car that was doing testing of sorts, we figured something with train handling since there aren't many reasons for it mixed in with the power... Just wondering if anyone was able to get shots or more details from the writing on the sides... |

Yep it was here last weekend as well on another east bound stack train, it is the Kootenai River a reserch and test car. Not sure what they are doing but it may be related to the ongoing fuel conservation testing the BNSF has been doing recently as this on had anemometer on top of the car. [/img] |
