Hmm, now for a stupid question. Does this train head towards Saint Paul or go North? Im guessing (and hoping) it goes towards Saint Paul? Alec |

It doesn't go North (Staples sub) and I hope it never goes to St. Paul because that would be the completely wrong direction. It heads west via the Wayzata Sub and takes the old Milwaukee Road to Laurel. I doubt it matters at this point, but the MRL 290 didn't make it on the train. It was replaced by the 301. Also, the FURX 7227 was replaced with the BNSF 8075 which is the leader. The train is now past Summit, SD at 2001. |
