The SOO used to have a tunnel there too, parallel and to the west of the other two existing tunnels. It's still there actually, just filled in at the ends.. and parts of the middle I believe. Tim |

You are correct, the tunnel is there and you can see the top part of it if you take a walk across the Phalen Ave bridge. This is the tunnel that used to lead into what is now the Gateway Walking trail that goes all the way out to Marine |
