I don't know, maybe this neighbor is from the FRA and knows what tracks are safe to use... but then he would know better than to have "walked the tracks frequently."

Thompson said the rail line hasn’t been used in years, and called the situation a “callous disregard for the neighborhood.”

just like his disreguard for private property. the tracks aren't there for you to walk on, they were there long before the "neighborhood".

OK off my soap box, I get realy pissed at people that whine to the news about stuff like this. deal with it or move somewhere else.

Took longer than I thought it would for someone to complain. Someone should point out the Trespassing laws to him and I always thought it was the parents job to keep kids of the tracks and equipment!

I finished a shift in Lakeville this morning and took 185th St to I-35. On the southside of the crossing was a string of tank cars; to the north was steel coil cars with CTRN (Central of Tennessee Railroad) reporting marks. Northbound on 35, the string of tank cars continued almost to the Interstate.
