I have decided to allow the use of avatars. The little pictures of self expression under the user's screen name. They will be removed if offensive to me. I don't get offended easily, but this will remain a family-friendly, railroad fan site.

At this time, photo and file attachments will not be allowed in the forums. If you do want to show a photo, use the BB syntax of:
