So. first post in the outstate forum.

Last week and the week before that I saw ALOT, I mean 2 a day CN trains heading towards or away superior, and I have never seen one before on the Skally. was there track work or a derailment that detoured them over here??? now they are gone, have not seen one for a week now.

I did something wrong... I typed up a long reply and messed it up somehow. Here it is again...

I'm not sure why the CN would send re-routes again, you never know with those two railroads (BNSF/CN). The answer may simply be the line is clogged again. The past few years, during the winter, the CN sent several (2-4 per day). Generally, it was one each way, with one additional each way.

interesting. I guess I will have to watch for them some more.

Every now and then I catch an NS leaser, always nice to get somehting different then the widebodied pumkins, and the occational possums.
