That is the Soo's abandoned Brooten-Moose Lake line. Trains were discontinued on it and the rails were torn up over 10 years ago. There's still a short segment (1 mi. >) that splits off the Paynesville Sub for storing cars. |

Yeah, it was nice to find this train on the old bridge. I'm never too sure what symbols the stack trains are up here, but it had a lot of China Shipping containers on it. At least it wasn't really cold and windy that day... Mike |
