Where are they based? I have seen one or two locomotives, but they are in the TC&W consist on the daily metro run.

Thier based in North Dakota ans are a subsidiary of TC&W.

RRVW is based in Whapeton, ND. This is just over the border of Breckenridge, where one can almost always catch some RRVW power, especially on the weekend. I really like the GP20s, CATS! I hope I did the IMG thing correct.

Here is the "snowflyr". One of a kind ex-GN snow removal equipment. This was used to move heavy wet snow and heavy snow drifts. How would you like to get caught in that thing?

The CATs are the only thing I see out here. So they are a sizeable operation?
