down in dakota county (Charter cable) it was 13, the CW. I did a schedule search and saw the time slot was listed as paid programming. Maybe it was just a commercial. But they never advertised - aside from the main character was Choo Choo Bob.
Found this on Google
http://www.choochoobobs.com/watch-the-show/http://www.choochoobobs.com/Looks like it's an infomercial except there are different episodes vs. normal infomercials which repeat over (and over and over). I couldn't find a program schedule on the website, but they have DVD's for sale with several past episodes. This show looks inspired by the Woodcraft Hobby shows of the 1960s and '70s, which leaned more toward the "scale" side of trains (plus R/C etc.).
I assume the time slot was 6:00am to whenever? I wonder if the show was 1/2 hour or 15 minutes. It's really hard to fill a half hour with fresh content. Woodcraft's "live" show was 15 minutes and I think a few infomercials are doing this now.
