Anybody else make it to the Randolph show? I was suprise at how many people were there. there was only one vendor selling new stuff from Winona Daniel's Ace Hardware. He had a lot of CGW,CNW,M&STL, and Milw. stuff. Also had some great looking costom painted CGW GP-30's and SD-40's. Most was 25% off of all N and HO scale, but he was willing to deal. If you ever get down to Winona, it is worth the stop at the Ace Hardware . They have a large selection from N to G scale. Talk to Bill, Frank,or Jeff. Both Bill and Frank have Great layouts of their own.
There is also a layout built by Bill in the store. Worth the trip...Jim

do you know the hours ace hardware is open I will be going thru there at the end of may on a saturday thanks

When I lived in Winona the hours on Saturday were 8 to 8. They are located on Huff street right on the river. if you are coming on HWY 61, turn east at the Huff Street light and drive towards the river. It's on the corner of Huff & 2nd street.
