citing the recent derailment the money can help the DM&E replace the sections of track that are prone to trouble thus making it safer for them and the community at large, all politics aside I would hate to see the DM&E fold. Just my thoughts. |

what i cant understand is why they are worried about the danger to the clinic patients when the train is a few blocks away instiute a horn ban and have the city pay for crossing gates ah well |
