What started out as a simple appointment in Wyoming MN ended up in a road trip to Duluth.
I found these in Harris MN. I think I remember reading somewhere that these type of signals can no longer be used unless the Stop Sign is removed. Next stop was Hinckley at the Fire Museum. I found this PIC of the in Sandstone. This structure was burned in the Spetmeber 1st 1894 Hinckley Fire. (I did have permission to shoot photo's) We then moved on up to Sandstone where I got lucky and caught this comming across the tressel that was built to replace the one lost in the fire. (Was rejected for high sun at RP) We then proceeded up highway 23 and saw a few trains heading south eventually ending up in Superior. Where I caught a few trains in the by now waning light.
More PICS on Webshots under the recent photo's album.
Thanks, Hope you enjoy
