Despite the -27 degree windchill, I was out taking pictures. The day started with a short chase of a BNSF westbound worm train from Minneapolis out to Wayzata. A couple leased units were sitting by the shops, GCFX 3090 and NREX 6475; http://goldeneye98.rrpicturearchives.ne ... id=1033521 A pair of BNSF geeps were sitting in the Belt Yard; http://goldeneye98.rrpicturearchives.ne ... id=1033522 A CP freight did a crew change while the Transfer 1 waited; http://goldeneye98.rrpicturearchives.ne ... id=1033523 Then a eastbound BNSF went by with a SD39 trailing; http://goldeneye98.rrpicturearchives.ne ... id=1033525 http://goldeneye98.rrpicturearchives.ne ... id=1033526 A westbound string of baretables was next in line; http://goldeneye98.rrpicturearchives.ne ... id=1033527 A renumbered SD60M (my third) was the trailing unit; http://goldeneye98.rrpicturearchives.ne ... id=1033528 I decided to head for home in the roundabout way, stopping at Northtown.
