This is only the second time I can remember catch two locomotive from deferent railroads with the same number on the same day, the first was the BNSF 3001 and the WC 3001 at Uni. Today it was the BNSF 8889, and the CP 8889 not anything too special but I thought it was cool. |

I must have missed the CP 8889  I got home one day to discover I had caught a BNSF loco and a Cryotrans with the same numbers.  kinda the same.
on Edit. the coal MT we caught coming out of the Q yard had 8830 on point, 9636 second and 8889 third. well on my return trip from Grand Forks last week I caught the SAME consist EXCEPT 8889 was replaced with........8888!!!!!! thats unbeliveable odds to me. just wish I had the entire consist picture with 8889 from today

That is cool Braham, Ya that dang CP-UP transfer had to muck it up for us, but O well. |
