Well, I'm back in Calif., after my 2-week stay in Mn. I want to thank those of you who assisted me with info on railfanning the Cities. I had a great time, and only wish I could have spent a bit more time exploring, however was able to cram a lot into 2 days. Your input really saved me a ton of time and lead me to some great spots for video-taping. Along with the Daytons Bluff area, I was able to shoot at University/35th St., Union Jct., the grade crossing at Como, the Kellogg bridge, Prescott, Hastings and Red Wing. After 5 days at my wife's school-reunion in the northern part of the state, we spent 3 days in Duluth, and I found some nice spots there as well. Again, thanks so much for all the advice. You're a great bunch of guys and have a wonderful site! If any of you are ever headed out west, and need suggestions for railfanning, etc., I'd be glad to help.
