Had a track speed meet today, glad you made it out Aaron. Here's a few of the shots I took before you and Matt showed up. I might try this one on rp.net but I think backlighting will get me. A real just south of where I was asked to leave yesterday. Here's the I was telling you about. The rest, as always, are on my Webshots page. I hope we wil have more opputunity's to chat trackside in the near future |

Great meeting you. Nice shot of the Soo. That caboose gets pushed around like the red-headed step child. By the way, Matt and I figured that the bare table train was an empty windmill train. It left on the Wayzata sub; it was the U-NTWPTR. Those on the Grand Forks Rail group on Yahoo! will remember this as the terminal in Houston... where the windmill train originates. |

I ended up going to Victoria after we all left PE. I saw the Q train struggle up the hill. Two others came before that one. Including a KCS 622. |

I'm almost sorry I left. Was it the Q train that was having the break shoe trouble? |

Yes indeed it was. After it finally was ready to go, there were 3 trains in its way. |

Yeah, great catch. I am glad someone got out today. I fear my Jetta would get stuck. |

Very nice photos guys! Lately, none of my pics have been railpictures worthy, as its not sunny, or its late in the day. I was looking through the SOO category last night and saw the 6033 photo. Fred, very nice, harsh conditions! Alec |

I climbed up the hill and snagged at shot of that CNW caboose myself, only wish it was in better shape. |
