Nice report and pic's, I for one still have to make time to get over to the shops, hay maybe we can make a second railfan day and head over there some Saturday any others like that idea

A belated report from this past Sat. The weather sure beat what we are stuck with today, hard to believe it was in the 70s… At Northtown I was able to get a decent shot of some of the stored units http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=161088 Over at the MNNR Roundhouse I found Soo 2066 was waiting for a signal - seen here with C424 313 and RS27 316 http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=161199 Half of our power at Jackson Street Roundhouse for the day - NP 105 waits to get to work shuttle people around in the caboose http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=161315 And the BN crane has been paired up with the MNS flatcar for now - work is already underway on the crane http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=161000 Out in Osceola BNSF 6234 pulls around the train to get ready for the 4:15 departure http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=161305 At the end of the day business car A11 brings up the rear of the train http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=161403 And a sunset view of the tracks out at Osceola http://www.railpictures.net/viewphoto.php?id=161373 ~Andy |

Good stuff Andy I particularly like the sunset view of the rails, those shots have always been a favorite of mine. |
