On Thursday, I found a northbound coal train (Tied down with the engines on the rear of the train.) with Indiana Railroad and Montana Rail Link units. When trains are tied down at Blackbird for extended periods, they move the engines to the rear so the airport taxi can deliver the relief crew. The other end of the siding is almost inaccessible. I also got a pacing shot of another coal train: In addition, I saw 3 or 4 other trains, but was unable to get any good pics. |

Nope. I used a 1 million candlepower spotlight, which my dad purchased at Home Depot for 25 bucks or so. It was a 20-second exposure. |
