I swung by the Jackson st. roundhouse yesterday and found this out back http://brahamfireman.rrpicturearchives. ... ?id=364786

it used to be lettered MNTX 10280, now the MNTX is covered up. also if you look at the numbers on the top of the copula it used to be BN 10860, is it going to be renumber to BN 10860 or is it now going to be BN 10280???

just want to get the info on the photo right.

Hey fireman!,,

I asked a guy I know about it, he volunteers over there once in a while. He said that particular caboose is privately owned and is stored there while undergoing a restoration. Apparently it is not owned at all by the mtm according to him.

Man, I missed the question the first time round, must be losing it :? Yep, it is privately owned. MNTX markings were just used to transport it to JSR ages ago...
