I stopped in to Pig's Eye this afternoon and the second train was the U-SEMBIR not much exciting with the power until the rear end came into view, the BNSF 5345 and company shoving the train the BNSF 693 was along for the ride. I have never seen the BNSF use two DPU's around here has anyone else |

I read somewhere that two DPUs are being used on the all-rail tac trains. I've never seen one myself though. On the Santa Fe it's not uncommon to have two or even three DPUs on heavy trains. |

On Tuesday night, UP had three on the front end and two on the back of a coal train. They were coming off the Robert St. Bridge passed Hoffman Av. |

When i used to go up the skally alot i saw alot of tac trains with two on the hind end.. seemed like the empties the most. The UP coal train with the two on the rear were probably pushers. |

I've seen it once or twice but it isn't real common around here. Tac trains I want to say - same as Will... The UP coal uses pushers to get up to WC/CN in New Brighton, they are manned units as they cut off and run light back down once they get to New Brighton. |
