I have noticed a fair amount of covered hoppers over in St. Cloud at the yard that were being scrapped. I recall someone on here working for the Northern Lines. could they contact me via PM please, I have a few questions. Matt |

I've also noticed an increased number of rail cars waiting to be scrapped. Are the railroads ordering new rolling stock or just re-evaluating what they need and getting rid of surplus? |
