The final piece of CTC has been cut over on the Staples Sub for the Northstar Commuter Rail Project. As of; 9/23/2009 Elk River Station is now on radio code line. Both the Staples and Twin Cities Monitoring Kits have been updated with the necessary layouts and MDBs for these 4 additional control points. The monitoring kits can be found in the Files section on the Yahoo Group.

Anyone know where this could be found?
