It has been a few years since I used it last, but it worked fine. I have the booklet, software CD, power adapter, and parrallel port cable that connects the scanner to a printer. It is packed in the original box with two styrofoam ends. The case has some external smudges, but the glass is clean and scratchless. I had upgraded to a different scanner when I had aspirations of becoming a famous slide film. Now I have a Canon multifunction printer.
If no one wants it, I will just throw it away.
