Was driving thru Hopkins last week and saw 2 Chicago and Northwestern Double deck commuter coaches sitting on the yard track at the TC & W yard, behind the Depot coffee house on excelsior Blvd. There was also a newer boxcar that looked like it was converted to a HEP Generator car went by today and 2 more cars were there. One was a Frisco Business car, that was prolly private, called the Blue Bonnet. The other was a Milwaukee road Baggage car with 2 doors that had round windows, which looked cool! Whenever I see Milwaukee road cars of any type, I assume 261 is not far behind. Does anyone know why those cars are there? |

That is the exact consist i saw, minus the 4300 What was cool was the doors on the baggage car, between the commuter coaches and the private car, had round windows, kind of a milwaukee road design thing! |
