Having only been around the Spine Line during the day, I was surprised to see so many trains last night.

I rode with a buddy from Farmington PD from 1600-0200.
At about 2330, a pair of big GEs sat with a green signal ahead, outside the KwikTrip in downtown Farm-town. I heard several other whistles but was out of range to see.

Later I saw the Cannon Falls Patrol @ 0130 at 170th St with Soo 6038 and another SD60 (the same pair on the UP delivery from 6/11/06).

Earlier, and this will be in my blog, I was in Northfield. A CN C-44 led FURX ex-BN SD40-2, and CSX 5200. Next was a set of NS dark horses, the lead was an SD70M-2.
