While down in So St Paul checking out the CNW hertiage unit I noticed that the area around the swing bridge had been cleared of all trees and can be seen from concord ave now, my guess is some commercial or industrial type complex is going to be built and maybe allow us access to the bridge for photos. A new race starts who will be the first to get a shot :?:
