For those have not heard, the St Croix Valley is getting a pair of former SD45's now classified as SD40M-2's and they will be getting the NP inspired paint scheme, painted by the WSOR at Horicon, WI. The first of which was SCXY 1326 and a photo of it was posted on railroader/railfan's Facebook page, and it looks great. Being that it is on a personal Facebook page, I probably can't post it here but once a public photo appears, I will throw it on here. With that RR getting these, I'll really have to make a trip up there.

I wonder what unit the next one will be? I have only seen the one SD45 body rostered by ILS. It could be CITX 2785, CEFX 2803 or CEFX 2791, I photographed them all up in TRF next to another ILS purchase.

The second SD40M-2 is in Horicon right now. It was purchased straight from the UP. I can't wait to see it!

I saw SCXY 1325 on the "No Hump" track at NTW last week. It should be heading to Bethel any day now. It is going to get some extra work done there before it heads to the Skally Line.
