Caption: As I waited in sub-zero temps, for this Z-train, it never came close. I soon discovered that a citizen called St. Paul police as I appeared suspicious. The cops still present cleared the train. As I took this photo (the officer offered the chance since I was waiting to), the officer was running my ID.
